1. Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes begins on July 5, 2010 at 10:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 30, 2010 at 10:00:00 a.m. PT. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

2. To enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Enter the “A Bag Like Brenda’s Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) by completing an official entry form online at www.Zappos.com/TNT (the “Website”). To be eligible, entries must be received by 10:00:00 a.m. PT on August 30, 2010. Limit one (1) entry per person.
To enter, you must enter a valid email address and it must be your own email address. You must also provide your first and last name, mailing address and a daytime telephone number (including area code). Entries become the property of Zappos Development, Inc. (“Zappos”). Zappos and TNT Originals, Inc. (“TNT” and, collectively with Zappos, the “Sponsors”) are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected entries or mail or for errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of prizes. 4. Selection of Winners: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and thirty (30) First Prize Winners will be selected by Sponsors on or about September 2, 2010 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified
by email.

5. Prize(s): Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California, including: (1) a three (3) night hotel stay (one (1) room based on double occupancy) at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel (steps away from Kyra Sedgwick’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame); ( 2) roundtrip coach-class air transportation tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles from a major commercial airport (selected by TNT in its sole discretion) near the Grand Prize Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by TNT in its sole discretion) (blackout dates apply); (3) an entry for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Warner Brother Studio tour (the studio that produces The Closer); (4) a Southern Comfort dinner at the famed Citizen Smith restaurant in Hollywood (up to $50.00); and (5) a one (1) month’s supply of Ding Dongs® (supplied as three (3) boxes of twelve (12) Ding Dongs® each) Travel must be booked through TNT and must be completed by May 30, 2011. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.
Sponsors will also award thirty (30) First Prizes consisting of a black bag inspired by the bag worn by Kyra Sedgwick’s character, Brenda, on The Closer. ARV of the First Prize is $70.00. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $4,600.00.
