4. Selection of Winners: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and thirty (30) First Prize Winners will be selected by Sponsors on or about September 2, 2010 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified

Prize(s): Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California, including: (1) a three (3) night hotel stay (one (1) room based on double occupancy) at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel (steps away from Kyra Sedgwick’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame); ( 2) roundtrip coach-class air transportation tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles from a major commercial airport (selected by TNT in its sole discretion) near the Grand Prize Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by TNT in its sole discretion) (blackout dates apply); (3) an entry for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Warner Brother Studio tour (the studio that produces The Closer); (4) a Southern Comfort dinner at the famed Citizen Smith restaurant in Hollywood (up to $50.00); and (5) a one (1) month’s supply of Ding Dongs® (supplied as three (3) boxes of twelve (12) Ding Dongs® each) Travel must be booked through TNT and must be completed by May 30, 2011.
