I know the end of Summer is near, but it's not over till it's over. Those of you that know me, know how much I love ice cream and there's nothing like homemade ice cream in the Summer {or anytime for that matter}! If you don't have an ice cream maker though, what can you do??? That's where Eagle Brand Condensed Milk comes in. Using their condensed milk and recipes, you can make ice cream without any fancy equipment.

You can make any of these ice creams and more!

All you need is a mixing bowl, a whisk, and a few ingredients like sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Eagle Brand sent me a gift pack of goodies to take on the Ice Cream Challenge. I must say that not only was making the ice cream super EASY, but it was also delicious! Check out the yummy ice cream I made using Eagle Brand Condensed Milk {loaded with fresh peaches, strawberries, bananas, and nuts}:

Another thing that I love about using Eagle Brand is that none of their condensed milks have any odd ingredients or high fructose corn syrup. They contain simple ingredients--milk and sugar. Love it! Eagle Brand wants you to take the Ice Cream Challenge too!
